UCPM, a market-leader in environmental risk management and insurance for over 30 years, today announced the acquisition of NAESIP, an environmental insurance brokerage that provides pollution coverage for environmental and non-environmental businesses. NAESIP will strengthen UCPM’s national footprint and enhance the delivery of environmental risk management and related insurance programs to agencies and insureds.
This acquisition broadens UCPM’s portfolio to include NAESIP’s programs, agencies, and insureds, while allowing NAESIP to access UCPM’s expertise in environmental risk management. NAESIP’s agencies will have access to UCPM’s patented Dynamic Coverage Analysis Tool (DCAT), which provides customized coverage comparisons and analysis of Contractors Pollution Liability (CPL) and other insurance products.
