Potential Exposures

Theft or attempted theft can result in releases of paints, lacquers, stains or adhesives. Vandalism can also result in releases of these compounds or scrapped or waste materials

Maintenance errors from heating, ventilation and air conditioning can result in the release of airborne bacteria or carbon monoxide build up.

Poor waste management can result in the spreading, inadvertent transport, or disposal of unknown contaminated water, soil or other materials.

Completed operations exposures including incomplete line hook-ups, improper system construction, etc., causing spills or emissions.

Development of mold or fungus from water intrusion due to incorrect installations, piping or HVAC errors, wet materials or improper sealing procedures.

Spray-on roofing operations can result in spills of urethane, polymer or thinners, which can reach open drains, soil or surface water.
